The heavy cylinder is equipped with self-cleaning. The mulcher is intended for cutting and mulching of grassy areas with possible occurrence of small volunteer plants and branch residues. The mulcher disintegrates grass, straw and other crop residues into substrate, which remains lying on the treated area an organic fertilizer.
